DISCLAIMER:

• Proof of identity is required for all travel. Without proper identification, driver’s license, passport and necessary visas you may not be permitted to depart. It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain and verify all necessary travel documents to each destination.
• Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases Bella Luve’ Events by Design and owner from any duty of, checking and verifying any and all identification, passport, visa, vaccinations, or other entry requirements of destination.
• We strongly recommend travel insurance. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage. There are different types of medical, baggage or trip cancellations insurance. NOTE: Insurance coverage may not cover pre-existing conditions and may have other restrictions and exclusions. Consult the insurance carriers directly for details.
• Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases Bella Luve’ Events by Design and owner from any accidents that may occur to/from/during travel. The traveler has been advised to obtain insurance to cover any incidents.

Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your travel arrangement with Bella Luve’ Events for any reason, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel at least 45 days before the date of the retreat you will receive 50% of the amount paid less non-refundable deposit. If you cancel 30 days or less before the date of the retreat you will not receive a refund and will forfeit 100% of the amount paid.
